Well, I really don't know where this topic should be posted. The guns are from the "1961 to 1980"-timeframe, but this is not the basic theme that i want to talk about.
Not to long ago I had the great opportunity to present the completing of my collection with the model 10-7 and (finally) the model 31-2. A view days later I got an e-mail from a forum-member, that he got some parts that will fit my two new guns and he wants to send them to Switzerland. OK.. we got some discussions on the forum before, but his move was very suprising and very welcome to me. Three weeks later was a package in the mailbox with a speedloader for the 31-2, a smooth big targetgrip for the 31-2 too, and a Pachmayr-grip for the 10-7. Well maybe you'll find out who was the care-package-sender, when you read the following note, that he send with the 31-2 grips:<span class="ev_code_BROWN"> "Swissman, these stocks are the special European verson made by S&W for the heavy-recoiling J-frames; Very limited production :-))"</span>

I thank this forum-member for this great gift. (The reaction is in process).

Here are some pics and a Videoclip that was taken when I used the first time a speedloader. OK, in this case and with my experience it's a slowloader with a great potential. 12 shots with the heavy recoiling 31-2 beast.

The distance in the mowie is 16 yards. Click the pic! The second row of 6 shots are pretty good to hear.

It looks and feels great with the bigger grips and I can finally tame the beast and don't need the shootinggloves anymore!!!!!!!!!!

And here the great looking and very better controllable 10-7 3 inch with the rubberboots.

This generous move from this member deserves to be posted here. Many thanks again.

Nice shooting Swiss. Is it true that the Alps are just a big berm put their by God so the Swiss could shoot more than the rest of us?

thanks for the update and photos...now I'll have to practice some more...

Very nice. We've got some great folks here, sure makes it easier to put up with the occasional fool.

Nice shooting! I can't recall, do you have a 16-4? (

The J-frame .32s are fun little guns, but a real marksman needs a K-frame, as well. My 16-4s shoot .32 Longs just as well as .32 Magnums. Great guns that you can actually use, without the worry of devaluing an old K32.

The M10 looks right at home with the Pachmayrs!
