BG 2.0 OEM Guide Rod vs Galloway

I received Galloway item yesterday. There was nothing wrong with my OEM rod other than fitment, I don't like the protrusion. I will say I can make the OEM rod bind because of its design and know the workaround if it happens. Anyway, the Galloway looks better quality wise although both rods could be 1/8" shorter imo. Time will tell if Galloway works with different design. Forgot to mention, Galloway tension is stronger.

Only one spring? How does that affect the recoil? And pulling the slide back to chamber a round?

It's definitely stiffer than OEM, I'll find out tomorrow operation wise.

If my BG2 was anymore difficult to rack, it might as well be a ball-peen hammer.
