i find your statement on 357 to be questionable because of using 38 special brass.

357 mag- (all 38 spl brass-mag primer)

155 grain LFN/15 grains unique/1.50"(excellent)

180 grain LRN/13 grains unique/1.50" (vicious recoil)

I sure hope this data is a typo.

Even in .357 brass that much Unique would be a double charge.

I hope your life insurance is paid up. Something is going to blow up!

The OP must have fired some more of these and is now unavailable for comment.

I'm still waiting to find out how 15 grains of Unique was stuffed into a .38 special case.

Even a .357 case is too short for that much Unique and the gun would go Kaboom!

It has to be a typo and it wasn't posted on April 1st.

Could the OP tell us what his source was, please? I would be very interested to know the source of these loads.

Glad I am not the only one that was waiving the red flag at 15 and 13 grains of Unique in 38 special. Would imagine that would even be a compressed charge. What I don't doubt is that the 13 grains of Unique with 180gr. RLN would have a "vicious recoil."

What would make somewhat more sense, is if you switched the 357?38? Data with the 44 Special. Another reason why you don't go by internet posted data.

Now I see why they are "new loads". I broke a minor sweat just reading them.

Wow, this is a dangerous page...searches could lead here, or searches of posts by the OP could only show his posts here...such information could prove deadly. Is there any way a mod could blank out the load data and just replace it with [ERROR] or something similar.

I'm not trying to step on toes of the Mods, but I use the search function and search by all posts by certain users, and this worries me.

I love this site, and would hate to hear that someone got hurt reading info here. Hopefully common sense should prevail - check your manual for reference data!!!
