When I see statements like this I know that you are not on the side of gun owners. Why was he a crackpot? It was his gun so why couldn't he carry it? If it is against the law to carry it the law is wrong. I remember reading in an important document that says when the government gets too opressive it is the duty and the right of the people to change it. I could care less what the anti-gunners think of me. To use an old phrase that meets the requirements of emotional impact and civility, if they don't like it they can go jump in a lake.
I have noticed many anti-gunners are also pro-abortion. I have a hard time understanding the mentality that says mere posession of a firearms will turn one into a crazed killer and that hunting
is a terrible thing, but killing the unborn is a fine thing and something they applaud.
