Sondra Locke died in November but it was not publicized until today, Dec 14th. Cardiac arrest due to breast and bone cancer. Can't believe that some word hadn't leaked out, but seeing how she was mainly a gold digger, it's not so surprising.

I hope that everyone involved with her life and death can make peace with themselves, and that includes Mr. Eastwood. She was an adequate actress and I thoroughly enjoyed some of the movies she was in with Clint. RIP Sondra Locke.

She was not a very good actress but at the same time I am sorry for her passing. God Rest her soul.

I hadn't ever heard she was sick let alone died. She was 74 years old.
From what I read in an auto biography about her she was more the shafted one than the gold digger.
There was a report that Sandra Bullock died but found it was a hoax. I wonder if that wasn't because she was confused with Sondra Locke?

I get awfully tired of these internet hoaxes. What the hell makes people want to do that?

She had breast cancer, she died of cardiac complications on 11/3/18, it was just announced today.
In looking it up I found out she was nominated for an Oscar before she started dating and starring in movies with Clint. I never knew she did much of anything other than his movies that she was in.

her personally I can't comment. Her movies with Clint were really
uneven but I thought "Gauntlet" was OK.

When they broke up, Clint set her up with a fake acting/directing deal with one of the major studios. The studio turned down every project she advanced. She sued Clint and the studio for failure to act in good faith, and settled both suits out of court for apparently a great deal of money. Never really worked again. Or had to . . .

Bone cancer is a ghastly way to go. I'm sure that her loved ones are relieved that her suffering is over.
