Finnally decided to register here at this forum.. I've been sand bagging off/on for a few years..... So here I am. Let me introduce myself.
I work 40 hours a week Dispatching for emergency services and answer all 9-1-1 calls for our county and dispatch proper deptments. Its either busy of nothing. Thus lot of computer time to take up the time.
I also operate a gunsmith shop and do about anything. Not to blow my own horn ( but if I don't...no one else will)
I do barrel work on rifles, rebarrel/chamber
build and install custom bolt handles, drill-tap for scope bases, restock gun stocks/ restore old ones. Trigger work from fine-tuning what you have to installing aftermarket ones.
For shotguns we do all barrel work. Install screw in choke tubes, porting, backboring, forcing cone lengthened, trigger work stock work. Install RAD Systems, Counter Coils and recoil pads.
Pistol work on revolver and semi-auto. Build 1911's
Hot blue guns. Bead blast to polish finish.

Our latest creation is the Remington XP-100 with extra fancy walnut stock with maple nose cap. Installed a new bolt handle ( don't care for the OEM handle) with douglas barrel in 243 caliber.
