Will someone please convert 8007 to the calendar date. Trying to determine when my CS-1 was made. Thanks.

"born-on" date appears on the box label next to the serial number in the form yjjj where y is a single digit representation of the year, e.g. 6 = 2006, 7 = 2007, etc. and jjj is a three digit day-of-year date.
