For those with a new Bodyguard 2.0, what speed loader are you using to get the magazines loaded to full capacity? I know some people use UpLula, but there are several models, "Universal", "Baby" for .380 but looks like single stack mags. Would appreciate name of P/N. Thanks.

One of my wife's pistol is a taurus tcp 380 and now a ruger max The TCP is a single stackI used a standard model UpLua that I've used on my 1911 45 and M&p 40sw and all other pistols we have to load that little 380 mag . Nooo problems for some us !

I use the simple loader that came with my LCP Max or my Uplula for doublestack 9mm.

I use the standard Uplula with thier single stack 45 snap on adapter, that I filed out to fit the magazine. Holds it straight while loading.

I got this one from Hilljak—$13 with free shipping:

S'&'W Bodyguard 2.0 and Ruger LCP 380 Max Quickie Loader (Color: Black)

It works well—you need to center it on the top round or it will slip to the side, but once I got the hang of it I was able to go almost as fast as my Speed Beez.

When Speed Beez comes out with a model for the BG 2.0 I will happily spend the $30 on it—it's like magic for my P320, although I find it's easier to load the first round or two by hand (or thumb, technically).

That said, I've never tried any of the Maglula products…

I had a Speed Beez for about a month until the handle broke off while loading a mag. Never again.

Uplula works so why look for something else.

Have the bigger one for large caliber or doublestack mags and the smaller one for .380cal and lower.

I take multiple firearms to the range. The two Uplulas fit everything. No need to look for a particular loader just because it came with the gun.

+1 for Uplula. I've used it for many different single and double stack 9 and 380 mags for many years with no problem.

I bought that same one from Hilljak…….it works great, but as you said it has to be centered on the round. I had no problem getting all 12 rounds into the mags

I’m going to disassemble my mags tomorrow. Every so often the follower binds with just 2 or 3 rounds loaded. Loader doesn’t help. Remove a round and second time around you can then load. It does get hard to load the last 2 rounds with the loaded, unable to do it by hand. Still hard even after letting the mags sit for a couple of days. Overall, it an awesome pistol.

The hangup is caused by the bottom of the follower hanging up on the mag release slots. I ground off the "fork on the bottom front of the follower which fixed the loading problem.

I am having the same problem. Could you post a pic of what needs to be ground off? Thanks

This is what I did with a belt sander instead of a nail clipper. I did slightly sand the clipped part inward so it wouldn't hang up.

I've found the LuLu works quite well, and there is one in my range bag all the time, but I got one off ebay that is marked as a USA/ EZ Mag/ 2.0 Bodyguard/ at different places. Seems to work just fine. It stays in the desk drawer.

Looks like it's called EZMAGLOADER for Smith and Wesson 2.0. Sells for about 12.50. I don't have a picture. Sorry.
