Will any speed loader work with 442 with stock grips? If so, any recommendations?

The HKS should work fine.

The HKS won't clear the stock rubber grip on my wife's 642. Neither will Safariland. I haven't tried 5 Star though.

5 star should work. They work fine on my 60-10, 640 Pro Series and LCR.
