Spegel Grips?

Maybe this has already been discussed, but I couldn't find the thread when I searched.

Like many of us, I am a huge fan of Craig Spegel grips. Back in February or March of 2015 I wanted to order two more grips and noticed the update on Spegel's website talking about a call list. I called and spoke with Mr. Spegel and gave him my number to add to the list. If I remember correctly, at the time Mr. Spegel thought he would be getting back with me in July-August of 2015. I never received a call and quite frankly I forgot about it until this weekend. I google searched "Spegel grips" in order to find the phone number and perhaps give Mr. Spegel a follow up call. Maybe I am doing something wrong, but I can't seem to find the Spegel website.

Is Mr. Spegel still in business?
Has anyone heard from him since he stated the calling list?
Anyone have a link to the website?

Spegel Grips

His website is Craig Spegel - Custom Pistol Grips. Can't miss it. He is still in business. I just received 4 sets back from him that he had refinished and checkered for me.

I spoke to him on the phone about 2 weeks ago looking for some grips for a 442.

Got on the list but he told me it could be a while before I make my way to the top.

It will be a pleasant surprise when my time comes around!

I talked to him as well, in early December, and am on his call list for a set of grips for my Mdl.19. I have Kurac and Ahrends now will get a set of Spegal grips.

Not a surprise at all. For my hands, he makes the absolute finest fitting grips of anyone.
His grips are worth every penny.

Lucked out at the Lima Ohio gun show last Sat. Got some Spegel J Frame boot grips for $10.00. Very happy.

I got on the list for some j frame grips 10 months ago and haven't heard anything yet.

I'm not sure how long I'd wait to call him and ask, but my last set came about four months ago. I don't always answer the phone when I'm busy, but when his name pops up on my phone, I drop everything and answer. He's the nicest guy you can imagine, so I'm sure it won't hurt to give him a call, but you'll probably have to leave a message. I only have about three sets, but I want more.

Occasionally a set of Spegel's will pop up in the accessories "for sale" forum...just be ready to jump when you see them.

Recently, there were three sets made available for sale and they were all spoken for literally within minutes of the posting.

Mr. Spegel just called me yesterday! Felt like I had won the lottery. Ordered 4 more grips!
