Pictures show the S&W Model 669 12-shot 9mm, which I have carried for a few years, and shot a few dozen rounds through every few months. It most likely has seen ~2000 rounds of trouble-free operation. Pistol has been altered in only one way: I had Novak Sights install one of their Adjustable Rear Sights and a new non-snag Front sight. Both are Tritium Night sights. The factory Magazine Disconnect is in place and works properly. It comes with three Factory 12-round magazines. Included is a new Inside-the-Waistband black leather holster made by TT Leather. Comes in original S&W Blue Box with correct end label, Tools in un-opened plastic bag, chamber Plug and Owners Manual/Paperwork .
