I bought this from my long time friend who purchased it new.
After he received it he sent it to S&W for a non-fluted cylinder to be installed but still retained the original cylinder. Comes with the original box, papers, fluted factory cylinder and a set of combat grips with 669 marked inside.
I believe the grips are authentic S&W but not to this model, look and fit nice.
At the most it has 25rds fired.
