NIB, LNIB, unfired, factory fired, 100%, 99 1/2% ... I don't know as I bought it from an individual, but ... let's just say its as nice as it gets. Only issues are a hole in top of the orig box. Box, label #'d to gun. Don't have the heart to put a screw driver to the grip screw, but if it don't match you get ALL your money back.
