I have a 27-2 with a 3.5" barrel. It has target stocks, target hammer, target trigger, white outline rear sight, and black ramp (currently has red paint).
This is a fairly nice one, it has wear on the high edges, some minor handling marks, but still shows very well. Please look at the photos, they are fairly large and can be made larger by clicking on the image. If there is something that you would like a photo of, please let me know and I will try to accommodate your request.
Mechanically this is typical S&W quality. I can find no issues with timing or lock-up. The single action is crisp and the DA is typical for the era.
This gun has been shot, holstered, cleaned, and shows evidence of being handled. I would consider it a nice shooter grade gun. If you have any questions, I will be happy to answer them.
If the buyer wishes, I do have a set of magnas that can be swapped for the target stocks. This one is serial N392xxx
I offer a 3 day, non firing, non-disassembling right of return.
I will ship from my FFL to your FFL for $950, or FTF in central TX is possible. SPF.
