Sport question

I have had my Sport for about a year and a half now and was think about installing a new upper receiver with a forward assist and dust cover. How hard is it to remove the barrel from the receiver and do I need special tools for the job? I have never taken an AR completely apart so this would be new to me.

I can't say how hard it is I haven't done it but I do know I've seen several posts about it. Try searching it. Otherwise someone more knowledgable should be along soon.
