Your thoughts on does a guy need to keep a stash of these around for his AR15. Does this round do something that can't be done as well as maybe a Winchester 64 grain SP or a 55gr FMG. With the election coming up I'm thinking there will be another run on ammo and prices will go nuts. Might be some new laws and rules coming if O'Bummer gets another chance. So what does the man do? Remember, This is that just in case ammo.

It's good stuff specifically designed for the M4 type rifle and SAW.
It does have a soft steel core, so it's pretty good for defeating cover that a normal 62 grain might disintegrate on, but technically it's not considered a AP round.
At some public ranges it is banned since it will draw to a magnet.
IMHO I love it, good accuracy, a little extra penetration, and like any MilSurp ammo, when it's cheap stack it deep!
