Update. They didn’t respond to my emails and their phone is not in service. But I did receive my order in a reasonable amount of time.

Update: Received my stuff exactly 3 months after placing the order. An email message was not answered, but a contact form inquiry was answered after a week. Very slow and unresponsive, but in the end I received what I ordered and paid for, so they actually are still in business, which is good!
