Just a thought- since most of the gun control talk is coming from the liberal wacko politicians and the less than fair and objective press pals of theirs concentrated in CA, NY, IL and Northeast why not maintain the inquiry system at the national level with basic qualification requirements and let the State legislatures set their own rules on mag capacity, gun restrictions etc at the state level. After all does not CA NY etc already force 10 round mags ? I know the liberals don't care about anything but themselves and a camera to speak into but is what is good for NYC, SF, Chicago the same circumstances for Anchorage, Butte, Texas etc ? After all, believe it or not, some citizans do use guns to feed themselves, survive, defense and on and on. Or, are the rights of the individual State just chump change now ?
