My dealer came up with a Stevens 530A .410 SXS shotgun yesterday. It is in 90%++ condition with double triggers. It has the case hardened receiver and the wood is excellent. I can't find much info on these. Anyone know the value of these little cuties?

I've owned one that was 95% and sold it for $400 a few years ago on an online auction site. If yours is really in the 90% class I'd think it be in the same price range. Remember the buyer of mine paid shipping and transfer on top of the $400.

To be 90% or better the colors on the bottom of the receiver are going to have to be bright and all there. That is the weak spot finish wise on these, and NO added recoil pads.

According to the Blue Book a 530A in 90% condition is valued at $175.00 and add 30% more for .410 ga.

Yes, and if anyone has one available at that price please contact me. There are some things the Blue Book does not accurately reflect prices on and Stevens sxs 410's have always been one of them. Fortunately for me the dealer I bought mine from followed the Blue Book prices religiously, not current auction closing prices. ;-D

Different model but

Three years ago I sold a NIB Savage #311 .410 SxS for $650.00 off another forum. Had I taken it to a gunshow, I could of gotten more. The .410 bore S&S's bring a small fortune.
