The cyl stop bolt is a little off center where it rides the cyl notch approach, and likely has a little flat spot on it. Just needs a slight truing up and shaping, then a polish.

I am not a fan of smallbore N frames but for $500 that would be in my shop and I would be making plans for it.

Looks like a 5" barrel in at least one photo. Even assuming it needs some adjusting of the cylinder stop bolt, as equipped it would be a steal as a shooter at the price. The Millett is only a detriment to a collector. I am pretty sure that anyone who wants a revolver to shoot would happy to own it, even with the rear sight and cylinder release being non-standard.
