WOW I just wanted to post an update. I am truly amazed by this gun. It shoots way better than I am able to shoot as do probably most of my guns. LOL
Anyways I feel like I got this gun for a steal after shooting it today. I was a little hesitant to purchase it at first but now I am so glad I did. Heck I couldn't even understand why a used or new 22 could cost anywhere near $900 until today even though I didn't pay anywhere near that much.
A few minor sight adjustments and this gun was good to go. I shot a 72 and 77 for my two scores at pistol league. We shoot 1 handed at 20 yards. Obviously best score would be 100 worst 0.
The only complaint I have with this gun at the moment was that I had alot of FTF's but that could have been the ammo??? Either way I came home and really did a good job of cleaning the firing pin and the rest of the gun.
I can honestly say I enjoy shooting my model 41 as much if not more than my Kimber gold match series 1. Both are some really sweet, accurate, and fun to shoot pistols. By far I can see why model 41 owners really enjoy them.
