I was buying ammo yesterday and there was a bit of confusion at Dick's.

When I was ready to pay for my purchase of bullets the cashier said, "Strip down, facing me."

Making a mental note to complain to the Manager about the gun registry people running amok, I did just as she had instructed.

When the hysterical shrieking and alarms finally subsided, I found out that she was referring to my credit card.

I have been asked to shop elsewhere in the future.

They need to make their instructions to us seniors a little clearer!

I'm sorry that this happened to you. I had a similar issue a while back. My wife and I were preparing to join a church and one of the lessons we had to learn was abstinence. Everything went well for a week or so. One afternoon, though, my wife dropped a head of lettuce and when she went to pick it up, well, there went our committment. When I confessed it to our pastor, he was disgusted and told us we would never be allowed in that church again. I told him it was OK, because we couldn't go back to Krogers either........

Thanks, I needed that!

Just like one of those Cialis Moments on TV . Any bathtubs involved??:D

Where do those bathtubs come from anyway? I have had many a "randy" moment in the swamps, woods, and state parks and haven't seen one. My partners and I could have used a bathtub or at least a shower. Do you know how difficult is is to get "gumbo" mud of your privates?:)

When the clerks say "Swipe card?" I always tell them "No, I got the honest way." Most of them have no idea what I'm talking about.

Most clerks today have minds with relatively as many moving parts as an anvil...I've about given up trying puns or other humor with them. Many have trouble with English, anyway.

Dunno know why I'm here. I thought at first this topic about "strippng down" was a backstage video from the Victoria's Secret show.

Doesn't everyone?

When we go to a restaurant, and the waitperson asks if we want anything else, I say no...and then when s/he hands me the check, I say "No thanks...I said I didn't want anything else." I've gotten a wide variety of reactions to that, from no reaction at all (obviously not paying attention) to surprise (like, "huh?") to amusement. The ones who get the joke and are amused are definitely in the minority. The most common reaction is "huh?" ;)

A buddy and I stopped at a conenience store the other day to buy some soft drinks. When we got to the counter, the clerk asked: "You two together?" I said: "No, we are just friends."

I write "ask for ID" on the signature line of my Mastercard. I am just waiting for someone to say "got any ID?" and I will respond "bout what?"

Mud ain't the problem. Now sand-that's a problem.

Just ask for DIET WATER

I love the looks on clerk's faces when I casually order DIET WATER. Especially the clerk who could not find it on his register touch pad.

Waiter at red lobster asked," wanna box for your shrimp?" I replied, "No, but I'll wrestle you for another beer."
