Update: In the event anyone cares, I devoted an inordinate amount of time and TLC to my charge holes, cleaning, polishing and/or whatnot. I had marked the charge hole where the last Underwood Xtreme Penetrator .44 Spl stuck. Today I fired 5 rounds of the Underwood .44MAG 220g Xtreme Penetrator. Two casings slid out by gravity, two required a gentle push with the extractor/ejector (sorry I'm new to this), but the marked problem chamber would allow the casing to come out about halfway out but only with some force. I pushed that troublemaker back in, loaded up four more Buffalo Bore 265g Dangerous Game loads in the remaining chambers, fired em' off, and nothing came out easily - I took the 69 home. Once home, one casing tapped out easy with a dowel, the others seemed stuck enough with gentle tapping, so I'll be shipping this thing off and will check back in a couple months. Thanks to all again. At least I might one day be able to fire Underwoods in this picky little brat.
