You might want to see this video, in which a Glock 21 (.45 ACP) is fitted with a Gemtech sound suppressor and demonstrated compared to the same pistol unsuppressed. Interesting clip!

Very cool. I'd love to have at least one silenced pistol. Not sure that I would pick 45 acp, but he did offer a good reason for starting with a sub sonic caliber.

My understanding is that your local police chief or sherrif has to sign off on your ATF application for one of these. Wonder what that interview is like?

No interview in my county...... Just walk in, hand them ID and walk out 5 minutes later. Longer if they do your 2 fingerprint cards.
