All that taxpayer money wasted. Doesn't bother him at all.

Noticed the obligatory quote in the article from the Brady Bunch. I guess it would be biased reporting if they had gone to the NRA or a manufacturer for a contrasting quote.

I wish the Supreme Court had takeng this case on. A favorable ruling from the Supreme Court on this would have stopped every single current action along these lines in their tracks. Since the current Bench seems to be favorable to the 2nd, it would have been a great oppurtunity to put an end to all these lawsuits.

Bloomie changed the term limits law so he could run for mayor a third time "because NYC needs me."

Maybe he'll get his comeuppance this time.

This is a favorable ruling, in fact it is better. By not hearing the case, they not only agreed with the lower court ruling that which dismissed the lawsuit, but also implicitly stated that there was no ambiquity to the lower courts ruling.

Jeff, this is true. However, that ruling only applies in that particular Courts district. So it does nothing to stop a lawsuit originating in California or probably even Illinois. If the Supreme Court had taken this on, a favorable ruling would have stopped these lawsuits everywhere.

Guys this is nothing new to King Bloomberg.The only reason why dealers settled this suit and others have gone out of buisness is because Brat Bloomberg can use the endless pockets of New York City taxpayers to subsidize the army of lawyers to bankrupt at will.He has soooo much respect for the law that he overthrew NYC Term Limit law by having the law changed so he can continue to harass those making a honest and LAWFUL LIVING from the sale of legal firearms.If he was spending HIS OWN $$$ you would see how fast the harassment would end.I love NYC and would have happily lived my life there but I was sickened by the attacks on its citizen by a out of control city goverment.I voted with my feet and am very happy I did....God Bless....Mike
