If you have a SW 52-2 & 52-1 and are going to sell 1 to fund another project
Which would you keep & why ?

As I have 8 model 52's including one no dash, 3 52-1's and the rest 52-2's. I would always keep the 52-1. The Dash 1's have better triggers and seem to be smoother.
Tis an interesting question posed by the OP. I once had several M52's and as time progressed I culled the herd a bit. I am now down to 2 M52-2's. One is for all intents and purposes almost NIB and the other is a very nice pistol that I had a Clark barrel and bushing installed on. If I had to sell one of these pistols it would definitely be the almost NIB one. The one with the Clark barrel shoots exceedingly well and is an absolute breeze to clean up. I must a bit different than others as I could never tell the difference between a properly adjusted M52-1 or M52-2 trigger. Sometimes people get them adjusted too light and claim it is a great trigger, but have issues with "surprise" discharges when they didn't expect or want one. Both my remaining M52-2's have trigger pull weights at just about 2.25 pounds and that is right where I like them.
I will go to my final reward with both these pistols as I know I would severe sellers remorse if I let one go. They are both keepers to the end.

Sevens , I thought at one time you had mentioned something about the -1 triggers . Could be they were better , or is there some way to adjust them . I do know the -2 I got from you is a jewel !
