SW Light Rifle Magazine?

Came across this mag a couple of months ago, didn't have a clue to what it went too. My go to guy when I need help, feels it's for the SW Light Rifle?

I don't know what it's for, but I can tell you it's not a S&W Light Rifle magazine. (The Light Rifle mag. does not have a cartridge counter ) Ed.
