cylinder removing. is it the same as the j frame?

loosen the front screw on the right side of the frame to withdraw the cylinder and hinge pin from the frame

First of all, Welcome aboard from WI! This is best place to learn and share all things Smith & Wesson!

Secondly, when I remove the cylinder on my N frames, I completely remove the screw. Just how I was taught to do it. Don't have a J frame so I can't comment on that.

With my J and K frames I remove the screw to remove the yoke.
