Went to a new store and range that opened here in Atlanta. I brought the SD to shoot for a while. I was browsing the cases and the facility, when some random guy came up and asked me how I liked my gun. I explained how much I liked it and it was a good shooter, but the mags rattled like crazy. The SW rep asked to see them. He proceeded to load them up and his reply was "that's not good at all" when he got past 8. I know some armchair experts here thought b/c their SD rattled a little, that they all were supposed to rattle like that. I knew mine were above normal and the man who works for SW agreed. He went outside and came back in with 2 new mags and loaded them up. I told him feel free to take the gun for a spin, so he bought a box of ammo went and ran a magazine through and said these new mags were way better. He said keep the originals and send them back for new ones, either way I'd still have 2 for the gun while awaiting the other ones. Gave me the box of ammo and said "hope that works good for you". That was an awesome experience and definatley made me feel much better about my Smith and Wesson purchase.

And word of mouth makes for good advertising also. In my opinion, you just won yourself a scratch off lottery tickets worth of "good day."
