I have fired close to 6000 rounds through this firearm and haven't had a fail to fire like this.

Eight rounds would fire and two wouldn't. On close examination of the base it looked as if it had never be hit with the firing pin, some just had a scratch.

I disassembled the firing pin assembly and found the firing pin return spring was broken in half.

This is a tiny spring and when I contacted dealers here in Canada none had them in stock.

I have springs on order now.

Anyway I decided to see what I had laying around and found a spring on a little spinning blade lure that I use for fishing.
With some trimming and fitting it worked well even with rapid fire.:)

I'm wondering it others are starting to have spring problems with these?

I shoot steel challenge here in the U.S. and that's what I thought the problem was when I first read your headline. I've broken two and seen several others.

I have several TK parts that I keep with me when I go to the range and a replacement spring is one of them.

I've been getting that same issue with my Victory. My Victory has every Tandemkross upgrade there is, except for the Spitfire barrel. But I do have a Volquartsen fluted barrel on it. Anyway, normally the trigger is light and crisp. Then all of a sudden, I pull on the trigger with adequate pressure to make it go boom, and...nothing. I proceed to pull the trigger considerably harder, and get a click. No boom. I drop the magazine and eject the unboomed cartridge, and there's no firing pin mark on it. It's like the firing pin never hit it. Earlier tonight, I gave the gun a good cleaning. I took apart the firing pin assembly. I have extra firing pin rebound springs. The used spring, though not broken, was shorter than a new spring, maybe from being compressed so many times. So I replaced the spring. I'll see how it goes next time at the range, but I don't think that spring is the problem. If the hammer clicked with a normal amout of pressure, and I got a light strike, maybe the spring. When I get this issue, I need to squeeze the trigger with an unusual amount of force to get a click.
