sw40v trigger

What can be done to improve the trigger on the sw40v I'm thinking maybe a lighter spring or a different trigger assy. if so does anybody know who sells them

It'll smooth out some over time, or you can polish/smooth
up all the surfaces that move when you move da trigger...
 
best thing you can do if you really don't like the trigger on an SW is to sell it and buy one you like. I have used them for trainers and loaners for years, tried every non-destructive mod, and the only significant trigger improvement is when they changed the trigger design and called it the SD. Use and polishing make an SW feel smoother but you can lighten it only a couple pounds and keep reliability with all ammo. Taking out or significantly lightening the sear springs causes failure to reset with full power ammo.
