Sure - I run the SFMB-762 on my M&P10, and it does exactly what its designed for. You can get lower priced stuff that'll get the same job done, but I plan on getting a Surefire suppressor for it one of these days, so using their brake (or flash hider if that's your preference) just made sense for my application.

I have one on my 223 and it is awesome. I did a research, see some people use lantac dragon which is also pretty good.
