Did you lose the spring and/or the detent for the pin. It's kinda hard for it to come out otherwise.

A new one can be obtained from S&W.

If you changed your grip, you probably lost the spring and/or pin detent. Look around where you changed parts, you might find it.

Rear pin

If you took the pin all the way out while disassembly you may have damaged the case. I did not know that pin was not suppose to take the pin out. I drove it out and damaged my housing. I really don't know what to do now. So bummed!
