Hello folks,
Just completed a trade with tangohammerli, and it was a doozy. He took two K-frames in trade for a Model 41. One of the K-frames I had never shot, the other, a Model 67, was my wife's bedside revolver, and while she had shot it some, I had never even cleaned it. Upon receipt, tango finds the 67 will spin the cylinder while the hammer is at rest, on one cylinder notch only. He decides to send it to S&W for warranty work, and complete the trade, even though the gun has a defect
On my end, I received a pristine A-prefix 41 with 4 mags, and he threw in a set of custom grips similar to the Nill's that grace my Olympic pistol, and they even fit me
My admiration goes to tangohammerli for completing a trade that was less than fulfilling for him, and being willing to put up with sending a trade gun in to S&W and waiting for the warranty work to get done.
Deal with tangohammerli in full confidence.
Thanks amigo!
