I want to add a vertical foregrip and a bipod. I came across Tapco Vertical grip and bipod.
NEW TAPCO BLACK INTRAFUSE VERTICAL GRIP AND RIFLE BIPOD on eBay!

Has anyone used this?

Is the bipod removable?

How is the overall quality?

Any other low priced suggestions?

I was also thinking a UTG grip from amazon for $12 and then buying a separate bipod. On Amazon UTG gets great reviews but on some forums, it seems like they are intended only for airsoft or 22s. I want to be able to use my accessories on the 15-22 and a regular AR.

I have a UTG fore grip. I like mine. It has a very solid mount. I have not shot it on my 5.56, but see no reason not to?
Don't know what some of the soldiers are running in the Sand box, or Mountains. But in the States I think a UTG is fine for the 5.56mm platform.

I have several item made by UTG, including their three position vertical grip, and they are all top notch. In my humble opinion, UTG is making very good products and selling them at very good prices.
