Does any body make a adjustable Rear Sight. Adjustable I mean
you turn a small screw head for up and down and right or left.
Looking to buy a MP-2 with 5" barrel....OldYooper.

Check LPA Sights.

I used LPA for CZ75. Rear was fully adjustable the way you wanted - 1 screw R/L, 1 screw U/D.

Couple of differences from the 1911:
The recoil spring on the M&P is a flat-wound ISMI that lasts a LONG time (many tens of thousands of rounds).
The striker assembly has a nylon sleeve: clean it, but leave it dry. Check tip of striker for chipping.
The trigger spring has a fiber damper in it to reduce stress breakage. If the fiber is lost, replace the spring.
