Me personally - I ain't never heard anyone talk like that.
I believe that most of these "redneck terms", "Southern phrases" (and we can't forget that lovely little book that came out when the peanut farmer was in Washington, "How to Talk Southern"), were all dreamed up by Yankees trying to make us down here sound like morons.

One that really got me when I moved from Texas to south Louisiana was down in LA they don't put stuff away, they save it!
