Gunshow today and tommrow. 27,28 Sept. Looking at a Mod 10-7, 4" nickel Sq butt. Or a Mod 15, can't remember the dash, looked at to many S&W's, but it is a snub, in nickel. The 10 is NIB. The 15 is LNIB, except no box, but Has Tyler T grip finger groove adptr and Orig grips. The Mod 10 has what looks like a target grips. Both priced about the same. May have some dickering room. What do yall think. I am leaning to the 15.

I love the 10, but love the adjustable sights on the 15.

I wonder if the 15 would actually be slightly lighter than the 10?

I am leaning heavily towards the 15 or 67.

A nickle model 10 is like lipstick on a pig.Model 10s should be blue. Go for the Model 15. lots classier, millions fewer, probably, and easier to tote.

Good question. They seem pretty close. I don't have the weight of a 15 in a snub. I can find the 10. The 10 has a pencil bbl.

Ha, ha,ha, thats a good one. I have a blue 10, and a blue 15, both 4". I will proably get the 15. If this guy is will to deal.

Wish I could. The guy with the 15 has some grips I want, so I will proably go the 15. Some really nice Stags. He has a Pinto 29, that caught my eye also. But the 15 is more in the budget range. Just so happens the stags will fit the 15.

toroflow, some advice please . I found a model 15 2 in nickel today. gun is a good 95 % plus. finish wise. action is tight. Is 350 total to much. It is a nice looking gun
thanks for your advice

The one I am looking at and will see if the guy will deal today at the gunshow, wants 400., it is 98+ cond, also has aset of Tyler T grips, and orig wood handles. I can't remember the dash # but IIRC it was real low. So 350. is a fair deal for yours. I don't see them very often either, that has kinda got me wanting it a bit more.

I would go for the 15 because of the sights , lots of grips out there , an model 10s kind of plain janes but a lot of them made, An the 15 for 350 is a steal ,If you get tired of it you can make your money back on it easyer ,

Well I got the Mod 15-3, in 2", nickel. Man is it sweet. Tight as a drum. It looks better every time I hold it. I don't know what it is about a good old S&W revolver, just does something to ya. I have already put a set of silver grips my dad left me and wow, what a diffrence. I have got to get a pic on here. I have not posted pics in the past, but this one has got to be shared. On the way out I had 3 dealers stop me and ask if I would sell it. I put the grips on it before I left the show to make sure they would fit ok. I would have gotten it either way. I will learn how to post a pic tommrow.
