The best Christmas tree ornament

The tree went up this weekend and when me and Mrs Ref were finished, I had what I thought was a brilliant idea for an ornament.

Of course my wife looked at me funny (like she always does) and just laughed.
At just under 11 ounces, it's actually lighter than some of our other ornaments.

It disappeared some years ago, but I made my own Christmas decoration also. I loaded a 30-30 round without powder and with a used primer. I then wired it to a stick planted in an old 4-inch terra cotta pot. I called it a "Cartridge in a Bare Tree." It was a conversation piece among my gun-shooting, pro-2nd amendment friends. Somebody deep-sixed it I think. My prime suspect is Charles Schumer.

I put some empty shotgun shells on my tree as a goof. They didn't look bad, so my girlfriend said to leave them on. I like women who have a sense of humor .

Had to be an AirLite. A steel framed gun would of pulled the tree over!
