The Easter Bunny

This rabbit ran out from the back steps of my deck a few minutes ago when I was going out to look at my Dogwood tree. I've seen it a couple of times since Rabbit Death passed away, but this time it only ran under a nearby bush, and waited while I went back in the house and got the camera. Not a smart trait in a bunny rabbit.

Hopefully no baby bunnies will be born around my house, although my cat may have a different perspective.

But how Easter-y is that? A Dogwood/Easter Bunny sighting on this day? Maybe I should go look for Easter eggs.

All I found was the Easter opossum.

Drove him about 10 miles further into the country so he could make some new friends.
