The fall 2008 kitgun picture thread

1958 model 34-0.
This was the one that started my S&W obsession.
Called S&W to get info on it and came back later to a voice message from Mr. Jinks himself saying it left their factory in Oct 1958 (50 years ago)!
I have the original grips put away. These targets give me a little more to hold onto.

A J frame .22. Built on the J which previously was a .32 platform. Hense the early nomenclature 32/22 Kit Gun. The "Kit" referring to your tackle-box or fishing/hunting kit bag. An easily carried handy .22 revolver.
