was driving to Utah to join a family reunion that had 42 members from Sept 3rd to Monday the 7th, over the holiday weekend.
Blue skies, warm weather from 48 up to 104, which is very unusual for this area that is at an elevation of 7,00 feet, near Richfield Utah.
Lots of great food from pulled pork to beef brisket that smoked for 14 hours as well as soaked corn on the grill that was fantastic, grilled to where the hush was just lightly browned, to get all the flavor from the coals and wood chips.
Kids riding the 4x4's and even volleyball and pickle ball for some fun and exercise, if you wanted to burn off some of the calories..........
Just sorry it had to end and we had to come back to Reno Nevada and enjoy California's gift to us..................
