The Heads Are Finally Done (351 Update)

The heads are finally back. He did pretty good work on them. They were in pretty good shape to start. He added studs, replaced a valve and cleaned up the rest and replaced a valve guide. He added the parts I provided.
I kinda had the rug yanked out from under me. So I don't know when I'll get around to get the motor running.

"long wait time" is completely relative... keep after it when time allows... don't worry about us... we are a generally patient bunch.. just looking for the happy end to the story... and yes, the heads look really nice...

I can almost smell the burning rubber. All the motor heads I hung with and never got the bug. Oh well, I'm glad things are getting closer for ya.

Thank y'all! I got to the end of march to move and I have problems with my daily driver I need to fix. So it might be a while before I can build the rest of the engine. But I will price the parts.

Projects always seem to stretch out... it's especially frustrating when you're waiting on others, though.

I'm 3 months into an engine swap/complete re-wire on our race car, and just starting the re-assembly phase. I have no-one to blame but myself for any delays, though...
