I ordered the DVD set of this X-Files spinoff. We just watched the pilot episode this evening. The plot involved a terrorist plan to fly an airliner into the World Trade Center.
It first aired about 6 months before the 911 attacks. The big difference being that in the TV show it was internal terrorism. Still, it kinda makes me wonder.
I saw the show 10 years ago but I forgot the story line.

Yep, I remember that one. There's also a similar scenario in one of Clancy's books where a JAL airliner is flown into the capitol building during a joint session of Congress.
