New kid in town.............

Ricky Fowler was really on his game this week and was killing
everyone on the 17th hole with pin point accuracy and great putting.

His high risk drives on the 18th were a sight for sore eyes and
left the other players playing it safe, way behind for harder shots.

Went into Monday with a three way tie for a play off for all the marbles.

The young man was able to finally get that monkey off his back and collected 1.8 million for his piggy bank.

He will also be locked in for five years in all the USA games ahead. How sweet it is............

That win allows him in every major for several years. He finally showed what he was capable of. Sergeo missed too many putts, but had a great short game.

The three hole playoff occurred directly after regulation play ended on Sunday. Fowler won "The Players Championship" on the first hole of sudden death, after the initial 3 hole aggregate playoff did not yield a champion. He was 6 under par on the back nine at the Stadium course at Sawgrass (8 under in his final 10 holes including the 4 playoff holes). Good stuff on a true test of golf!

Earlier in the week there was an anonymous survey given to the players and Fowler was dubbed "most over-rated"! Nice way to silence his critics!!!
