I was at a friends place last night and got
to see a nice example of a Luger.
I don't run into a whole lot of those..
He had the whole "artillery Luger" git up..
Pretty danged neat.. Being a Luger dummy, I
wasn't even aware they made all that stuff for
a Luger.
I checked the web, and bingo, found a picture
of an identical set up to his.

He has the same wood stock, 32 round magazine,
holster, extra smaller mags, just like in that
picture. That thing was the cats heiney..

He says it shoots great..
Needless to say, it's not for sale..

One of my father shooting my first Garand. He hadn't picked one up since basic training in the early 60's. He hadn't lost his touch he was 7 for 8 on gallon jugs at a 100. Who says heroes don't still shoot Garands. Had some of him shooting my m4 and he looks like a bear holding a bb gun. Thanks for letting me share. 66er

And finally, my favorite sign - been there for years and probably always will be ... Wonder if it's saying something?

Now that IS a cool picture, especially with that gun still in your family.

Read the beer label. (End of the World) Lord, I hope not!
icon_biggrin.gif
Is that why the gun is there with the alcohol?
icon_razz.gif
Or, does that beer just induce a heck of a hangover?
