Well, I pulverized a plethora of peanuts to achieve the perfect peanut paste.

Here, for your gustatorial pleasure, are a few pictures.
I started with 100g of nuts. With no idea of the time required or the size of the resulting mess, I thought I'd start with just the puck installed, at 10 seconds.

Disappointing. It didn't even start to crush the nuts. The final result, after 2:15, were these peanut balls. Interesting snack items, I think, but hardly spreadable.

For some reason the word "dingleberries" comes to mind.

I go to WinCo where they have a unit, peanuts on top, push the green button with a plastic cup under the spot and out comes fresh peanut butter at a reasonable price and I don't have to clean up!
