They make all kinds of things that glow in the dark now. Has anyone seen glow in the dark handgun grips? Would be great for
inside a tent, or the nightstand at home or hotel.

They do exist, mostly zombie themed.

I would pass on those simply because they are zombie themed.
The probable reason for going ZOMBIE is that the Photo luminescent powder that gives of the brightest light is the green one

The powder is mixed in with a plastic and "Glow in The Dark somethings " are formed from it

There are no Photo luminescent anythings that will give you a satisfying light for what you want for as long as it will need to be. So you will need batteries or Lots and Lots of Tritium

Go get yourself a nice carbine and know where it is. This one has a 200 lumen Glow in the Dark forend :)

Or just keep the handgun under your pillow. It may be a bit uncomfortable, but not as much so as not being able to find it
in the dark when you need it.
