With a divorce pending, I looked in my safe and decided to keep only those that are practical defensive arms and carry pieces. They now range from 2009 to 2019 production. In a move that may be blasphemous to some, a 67-5 and "pre 27" 357 were consolidated into one 66-8 2-3/4."

In revolvers, I'm left with the essentials.

In life, the love of a good woman is the most precious commodity I know of...and the anger of a scorned ex cannot be understated! :D

I owned what is in my opinion the most beautiful revolver ever made. I kept my favorites, and have no regrets.

The revolvers I sold were aquired very inexpensively...otherwise I would not have had them...and there is a certain satisfaction over my only collectible firearm now being gone, considering the circumstances.

The rest of my guns are heavily used, some are highly customized, show cosmetic wear, and are nearly worthless compared to what has been invested in them. She always complained that my belongings were junk, and that's now truer than ever.

Rick,

My thoughts and prayers are with you as you wind your way through this difficult process.

Been there, done that, like many others here.

Keep your head up, and just keep in mind the thrills awaiting the single gals in your area!

I Devastated my Vintage Colt and S&W Revolver collection years ago, when I got on a 1911 Craze. Now I see what those Guns are Bringing and it makes me sick. So now I'm Re Purchasing those same Revolvers, but in Modern Dress, MIM and Keyholes. But that is OK. I'm a Shooter not a Collector. Along with the half dozen or so new S&W guns I Purchased a Newly Made Colt Cobra. I know that these guns will never attain Collector status in my Lifetime (74), but in the time that I have left I enjoy shooting em.
