Thinking of buying an M&P 10

I use the Leupold 3x9 Rifleman with the Leupold QRW 1-in High rings, it's decent enough. It currently lives on another rifle on mine but I intend to swap it out to the M&P10 as soon as it starts warming up around here.

Thanks. Someone mentioned a Bushnell or Burris setup that has a picatinny on top of the scope mount. Know anything about that? I haven't had tons of time to look.

I'm guessing they are referring to something like this,

AR-PEPR PERMANENT MOUNTS | Brownells

Personally I've never used a set up like it, but I have seen others who put a reflex sight on top of scopes for closer action. Best of both worlds I guess.

That's kind of what I'm looking for. To put one on top.

It would be better to use a 45 degree mount. Putting a sight on top of a scope like that gives you a whole bunch of offset to compensate for
